TRANSFORMING THE LIVES OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
We support and work with local charities that we truly believe in, so that we can help make a genuine impact in the lives of children and families in our Johns Creek and North Fulton communities.
Through a number of programs, Wellspring Living helps young women and girls who’ve been victims of sexual exploitation and abuse to restore their self-worth, giving them the confidence to move forward and succeed.
NFCC assists families with basic needs such as food, rent and utilities, clothing, and adult education classes during short-term emergencies.

Senior Services North Fulton operates four Neighborhood Senior Centers and provides services to both active and homebound seniors including Meals-on-Wheels, in-home light housekeeping and personal care, respite care for caregivers, and transportation services to medical appointments. Our Mission is to provide services and support for seniors to enhance their quality of life and live independently in our community.
HomeStretch helps working homeless families in North Fulton get back on their feet and return to permanent housing. By providing supportive housing, life skills education and mentoring, HomeStretch helps homeless families achieve employment, financial, family and housing stability, while guiding them toward increased self-reliance and independence.
STAR House program volunteers assist at-risk school children with homework, school projects, test preparation, and good study habits, helping them make good life choices that will lead to their future success.
2018 THANKS-A-MILLION GRANT WINNERS
Our past President, Kay Leaumont, and the CGJC Board established one of the many notable legacies in which annually we donate funds to member-nominated, qualified 501(c) (3) charities. Members submitted compelling applications and the charities awarded the TAM grants shared heart-warming stories about their needs, use, and gratitude for our donations.
This year we awarded the following 8 deserving charities a total of $20,000 plus in-kind donations.
